The vaccination to reduce the world population is a wrong word. They should make it clear "TO REDUCE AFRICAN POPULATION" because Africa is their target. The whites have turned the Africans into animals for experiments on every of their technologies. If Bill Gates thinks killing 1.5 billion people by vaccination is a way to saving the world, I think he(Bill Gates) and his daughter should be in the top list because charity begins at home.
