  • ok i loath smoking but brett though it didnt help him at all made smoking look sexy as hell and no i dont smoke thank god but that ciggy how he sucks on it blows my mind drooooooolllllng

  • Why so much sexism in the comments, lol.

  • @greengrendel why they did modified Holmes story that way

  • i have a question and its bothers me the whole time. Holmes said once he was four times defeaded. 3 times by man and 1 time by a woman. Okay the woman is Irene Adler but where are the three man.Maybe Mycroft and his father?

  • @kazuha17 He's likely had a varied career with multiple opponents. His other three defeats could've been due to bad luck or circumstance, or perhaps the cunning of the criminal.

  • woman: im not gonna tell you again..

  • man, I feel incredibly bad for those poor women.

Nigel Planner as in Neil from the Young Ones? Who's he playing?

  • Such Crazy Wacko-feminist-losers have help in the decline of a once Great society. They talk big, like -all Liberals, but when confronted with tough Islamic terrorist who would -kill them; enslave them; preform circumcision on them; and force them to wear Burka's. All of a sudden you hear nothing! And you'll find -No Serious Condemnation' or attack from the useless 'NOW' group! Instead they run back to the men of their nation for protection! Can you Dig-it!

  • @robertquentincobb Ha obviously you have never come to Britain Sir. Now to give you a flavour of our women folk, i know of a woman soldier who was captured in the first war with Iraq, who got raped, burned, and bits of her cut off (including her breasts), and other punishments of a seemingly small minded man/men. When she was let out of hospital, no she didn't run home, she ran yes, but straight back to the war. Sort of puts a hole in your argument yes?

  • @WlshMaggot Whoever that woman is, she has my sincerest admiration even though I'm a man and not British. To return to that after such a horrific experience is a kind of bravery I will never know. It's proof positive that your gender doesn't meant diddily squat when it comes to what kind of person you are. As for Mycroft and Hopkins' comments here, well, they're just men of their time, unfortunately.

  • i love how Sherlock and Mycroft have matching suits!!! How cute! <3

  • That sharp, swift flick of the match... I shouldn't find that so terribly attractive, should I?

  • @cabbitshivers There's no reason for you not to find it attractive. Brett was a decidedly handsome man. I would never judge. I have a crush on David Suchet. :D

  • Of course, due to Jeremy's ill health he couldn't smoke as much as Holmes did in the actual story, but he was able to get in a couple puffs for accuracy. I wish he didn't have to smoke at all, though.

So THAT was where Holmes got his "eliminate the impossible" line from that he's so famous for saying! His father!

  • Nigel Planner is a wooden actor.

    Where is Dr.Watson?

    ..

  • @Soloman1001 Aw, I like Hopkins. I loved his enthusiastic re-enactment of Smith's murder.

  • mycroft: 'thank you, i prefer this'. we can see THAT.

and where is his chain-smoking? i was waiting for it!!

  • I love the way they just give away Holmes' most famous line! Stylish.

  • "you tell them Abigail!"

    "Poppycock."

Brave men to sit in a room with so many mad bitches.
