you probably didnt get the achievement because you forgot to subtract the first survivors in the beginning of the game they count as people who are safe....

do you have to do it alongside the cases or if you ignore them/fail them?

i did it and got all 50 (it said at the end) but i got no acheivment or costume  -its drove me mad, i cant do it again!

@curtis8516 I'm not sure. I know the cases trigger some of them, but I've never done it without doing the cases.

just wanna say thanks for this guide/walkthrough for tthis trophy i followed up to part 8 then went on to finish the game did all missions, found everyone, killed all bosses.

this was a big help :)
