  • @493547032478 Lol you are freakin retarded.

  • @493547032478 I just looked at your channel. All you do is troll. So what I wrote obeese instead of obese. Im danish not english so I dont give a fuck. Im not 12. Im 21 and I could crush you like a bug. And btw. I just qouted the man in the video. Average american, fat and obese. You are pathetic but have a nice day.

  • i understand why this has so many dislikes, its all the drinkers who don't wanna hear how bad drinking is for you. i'm guilty of it but at least i can admit i know how bad it is.

  • Xbox360Rulesz Oh alright thanks. Because lately i have been trying to pack on a little bit more muscle mass.

  • Average american = Weak and obeese. LOL

  • @Tudizt4r Average 12-year-old eurotrash YouTube troll: unable to spell words correctly. LOL

  • 4:21 power nap

  • @And0natoR ahhaah i saw it man scooby funny man.

  • Niels Hailey.

  • Very sufficient data Scoob. question: Is it possible to put on ten pounds of lean solid muscle within 1-2 months?

  • @17Dat Well, that's even almost impossible in a whole year (without steroids that is). Scooby's made a calculator for these kinds of questions on his site (For example if I would train five times a week for a year with the normal nutrition I would gain only 3 pounds)

  • why do you play with those gnomes?

  • Wtf. Strong broscience. You don't gain 15 pounds of fat per year for having 1 drink a day, you gain 15 pounds of fat a year if you go over your BMR consistently enough to have it equal to 15 pounds a year.

This guy is a moron in most of what he says, but since he's done it for so long he looks alright. Bodyfat percentage is not the greatest, probably because he's too stupid to get it any lower.

  • @FullMetalFan4life for looking like that at age 50 i think ill listen to what he says

  • @Famousykwydit And that's the trap idiots fall into and that's why stupid routines exist that are super popular.

Have fun doing your pointless shit, you fucking moron.

Next time do your own research. You'll learn that one day after you fuck up a lot.

  • this guy looks fake as hell.... his body does not maatch his face he looks like a superimposed imbred hick.....

  • @talesjones umad ?

  • If you believe that having one drink per day will cause you to gain fifteen pounds in a year regardless of physical activity and other dietary choices, you are, without a doubt, a complete moron.

  • God this guy is a complete tool, he looks like his head was pasted on another guys body, ha ha!

  • lol at 4:21

  • You will add no fat if you have a beer a day for a year as long as you fit it into your daily calorie count. Not saying it is a healthy choice(I can't say I would do it), but unless you are in a caloric surplus you will not gain weight.

  • ur so fucking uglyy man. Doesnt matter if your body is nice.

  • @DerDoenerLando u jel bro

  • So alcohol is a mass gainer!?

  • @thereecious No, Beer is simply a FAT gainer. It puts on belly Fat faster then you can work it off. Trust me I know. LOL. I drink 1-2 a day and my belly speaks for itself.

  • @thereecious xD

  • Wow Gilligan got Ripped! :O

  • yeah you stupid gnome!!!!!!

  • There is one thing I don't understand, why do you not recommend supplements?

What's wrong with good quality Multi-Vitamin or fish oil or any of these things?

  • Put on a shirt and take off that hat, it's weirding me out.

  • Thanks for the tip.

  • i know some people that have 6 packs and a lot of muscle. Yet, they binge drink a lot, mostly 2-3 times a week, any idea how this happens? :S

    thanks!

  • @luizramires7 they have good doctors ;)

  • @luizramires7 It's still possible to gain muscle and keep the fat off, even if you drink regularly, it's just not nearly as easy or efficient as it could be.

  • For the love of god, take off your hat!

  • @codified13 ...nah, he looks better with the hat on...lol

  • @codified13 hemust be going bloid and his trying to cover it up

  • i recommend you do a steriods and body building if you havnt which you might have. but thumbs up if scooby should do that. i wish i could be like you which i hope to work hard to do. thanks for everything man

  • Like this guy. He sounds so gentle. BUt imagine what happens when he gets mad.

    Keep the vids coming Scooby!

  • @joshster182 watch some videos on youtube..when bodybuilder get mad and start fighting..its the most hillarious event imaginable.... i think i can punch a guy like that 10 times before he lifts hs arm and swings..evade that swing easily and get another 10 punches in ... but the fun will end quickly if a guy like this manages to grab a hold of yah...oh sweet baby jesus... bones crushing...

  • i'm still getting drunk on friday!

  • why didnt you smoke a joint at the end of the cannabis video?! =)

  • @svartsaft yeaaaa weed n shrooms 4 life

  • it all depends on how your body responds. if you drink alcohol while still staying within a caloric defecit you wont gain weight. it also comes down to factors such as age, genetics, matabolism, amount of exercise you are doing. to name a few :)

  • I used injectable steroids for ten weeks. The effect was strong but not drinking for 2 months seemed to be even more powerful. And yes it's hard for me to believe it myself.

  • his nipples are really hard.

  • @muncher541 just thinking the same its making me uncomfortable.

  • i drink at least 5 cans of BUDLIGHT and 2 shots of 40% everyday for the past 5 years and im still ripped,,,,,,it is possible to control your munchies and not gain excessive weight,,,,,,just be conscious of your body and make up what you drank the night before,,,,,LIFE IS GOOD

  • 6 pack of beer > 6 pack abs

  • @MattMcq99 thats poooooooooooor

  • @MattMcq99

    NO!

  • im in college what else what i will do on the weekends

  • Seriously this guy is speaking the truth!

  • "It all abs up"

  • Who else is fapping to Hans?

  • alcohol is my friend

  • Hans the Gnome needs to have his own exercise vids, Hans is ripped

  • Ok , i have to say good bye to one of you , bye exercise ,Beer was here 1st

  • scooby is an extremist, the fact of the matter is we all need to enjoy our lives and have fun and if that involves some drinking then so be it, its not gonna hurt anyone

  • How about moderation? No? What Scoob says is true, but I'm not a super super strict bodybuilder. There's nothing wrong with a drink every now and then, I just do a little more cardio to make up for it. Obsession isn't healthy either...

  • i binge about once a week and i smoke, is it still possible to get a fit looking body?

  • @jaggstang im not scooby, and i do exactly what you do. according to what he said alcohol leaves you dehydrated and malnourished. i suppose eating things like veggies and drinking a fuckload of water would help revive you. smoking just reduces your lung capacity i guess. but i mean last night i got shitfaced at a metallica concert, but im still going to the gym today :)

  • there actually any fat in beer its just calories :P

Its just the whole, drunks dont often exercise, and the calories just become fat

  • or you could have fun with your life.

  • This guy is a knob

  • WRONG! I've got a six pack and I drink every day. In fact some times Ive got multiple six packs. At the moment its kind of a four pack :P

  • beer has carbs, carbs provide energy.

  • @thegrandwazoooo i bet youd get jacked on mushies :D

  • why do you always wanna add muscle you fucking bastard lol im sick of you people making kids think they gotta be big to be strong like its pretty obvious alcohol can be bad for you especially if you wanna take yourself serious enough to get in shape like stop trying to tell people how to live. if there gonna change there gonna do it with there own will

  • @sk8forlifebitch notice that hes talking about being a bodybuilder?

  • who the hell do not like your videos scoob ,i hate them ,probably nutrition seller or pub owners ;)

  • Actually a dark beer like a Stout has GOOD carbs in it. Hops are VERY good for you.

  • the howmuch fat gain from 1 beer a day.. i dont believe because its different on every personal... that it aint good is a fact... (i dont drink,or smoke btw)...

  • What's your background?

  • I'm drunk watching this

  • Prost !!!!!

  • alcohol in general does not mix...it only kills, anyways lets cut to the chase. legalize cannabis for Colorado and california!!!!!!

  • you talk about bodybuilding you have a big chest n thats about it !!!!!

  • @meterripig Well if you would research his site, you would realize how foolish your comment is,,,,,,,,,,,,,

  • Drinking vodka could make you a Russian though!

  • @reyisfilms....the people on jersey shore are not proportionate. mike and ronnie are the only ones bulked up, they are not proportionate. i dont ever see pauly d drunk anytime i watch it, he is pretty leaned out. I also see most of the girls being bloated besides j-woww...who i never really see trashed either. Jersey shore is a trash example anyway....GymNoob.....

  • your completely wrong. people have different metabolic rates. it would make NO sense whatsoever for everyone who has a beer a day to gain the exact same amount of fat. use your brain.

  • @zozenis if you take 10 people with 10 different metabolic rates who meet their daily calorie requirements from regular foods and then give them a beer a day for a year they will all gain 15 pounds its that simple my friend. it is math.

  • @timgoat556 first of all scooby didnt say anything about in addition to meeting all their requirements. he just simply said a beer a day. and also, after one meets their requirements, an extra Gatorade a day would probably give them the same amount of extra fat. The statement is a bit miss leading. The fact that it is beer really has nothing to do with it. calories are calories. carbs are carbs. i fully agree its math.

  • @zozenis Calories aren't just calories and carbs aren't just carbs. Look into the glycemic index (GI) and glycemic load (GL) of carbs, you will find that there is a lot of difference between carbs. Carrots for example have a low GI, but if they're cooked, they have a high GI. When you want to use this for weightloss, the GL is more important.

  • i weigh 438lbs at 5'9" im a bit large

  • haha this guy is a moron, freaking classic

  • Scooby, I know im just a regular subscriber. But I have a ridiculously high metabolism, I'm 22, 6' 7" 160lbs and have not put in a single pound since i was 19. I really could use some advice.

  • @Jessdmann you're an endomorph (bodytype) search youtube: hodgetwins endomorph, they'll tell you what to do.

  • this doesnt go for everybody,im not going to diss scooby because he is obviously dedicated and nos his stuff but some people can put away a 6 pack a day for life and stay the same wheight.me personaly i drink 4 beers a day 5 days a week and im in the best shape of my life at 34,i ust lift extra hard, run a lil farther during my workouts to burn it

  • @C3KIDNY It will catch up with you when you die of liver failure in your 50s.

  • @Aggiesgigem you sound like your wishing death to me because i drink a few beers,1st i wanna say i hope your 1st born gets cancer of the asshole,2nd i get routine checkups, the day i have a problem with my liver i will quit faster than that asshole cancer will kill your kid

  • @C3KIDNY Don't worry. At the rate you're going, i'll get the last laugh.

  • @C3KIDNY yeah that means you aren't getting enough calories from regular food so you more or less break even at the end of the day with your total calorie needs. it is a fact though that you would be in a lot better shape if you didn't drink 4 bottles or cans of poison though

  • I agree that you will gain weight but im sorry one beer a day for year will NoT make "everyone" gain 15lbs.

  • hahahaha the funniest shit ever right here

  • Hanz, you ignorant MORON I HOPE YOUR BURN IN HELL!

  • Sorry Scoob, but ant type of alcohol(wine, beer, whisky) in moderation can significantly lower heart disease, diabetes, thin the blood, raises HDL by 10%,lowers c-reactive protein which can cause heart attacks by 20%. Moderartion is defined by 1 drink a day for women & 2 a day for men.

  • @sumbarine yeah, you know you can get the same benefits from other things, without the side affects, like grape juice, water and exercise. 2 drinks a day is not going to make you healthy because you have to take into account all the affects, not just the good ones. 2 drinks a day, that's 14 drinks a week, now multiply that by 52 weeks in a year, that's 728 drinks a year, you're gonna fuck your body up like that man. better to drink water or grape juice man.

  • I appreciate your non-biased opinion on alcohol and marijuana. your arguments are accurate and valid. One of the worst things that I encounter amongst anti-drug speakers is the fault of stretching the truth to achieve fear in using such drugs, until the user try's such substances and finds out that it was just a bunch of crap. Cheers, and keep up the good work!

  • woo! ectomorph!

  • interesting info but the pillow scream thing was just too much weird.

    w - t - ffff

  • @wexarexthexStorm lol he does it in a lot of his videos

  • I think Scooby got a crazy hair cut :D

  • ah i was so glad to hear you say a couple drinks a month is ok. i recently went up to about 5-8 drinks a month. back to tapering it down. to concerned about being shredded, but i want to add muscle and not look like a slob.

  • I'm just trying to figure out why you have really fucking hard ass nipples all the time lol.

  • Nice hat bro.

  • shut up haters!

  • you look like you need muscles in your brain too brotherrr!!!!

  • Seriously. The guys who is writing dumb things here is either the fat once or just the retarded. What are fucking life do you have? What do you obtain by flaming a guy putting hours in helping others for free? You should have a big fat hand plated in your face!

  • well fuck it I guess I'll just have a shitty body then

  • actually the way you gain fat from drinking is actually the food you eat with it. There is 0 fat in beer. The actual reason it is bad to drink with body building is because it deprives the muscles of h2o which is bad and can even lead to injury. If you do decide to drink the night before going to the gym either dont go or hydrate and dont do as much weight. trust me you can easily hurt yourself and not be able to lift for two weeks even up to 2 months for a full recovery.

  • @awgdawg16 he didnt say there is fat in beer..u just get fatter drinking it because of the extra carbs u get from it

  • @awgdawg16 he didnt say there is fat in beer..u just get fatter drinking it because of the extra carbs u get from it

  • Ive had more than 1 beer a day or more than 365 in a year and I have lost 3 pounds... So take this guys advice for what it is. Not everyone wants to look like a roided out freak, just being slim is enough.

  • @Scooby1961 big respect mate, im a home workout type lifter and i have learnt loads off your vids that i wouldnt have otherwise known.

  • I liked all of your videos up until this one...

This is truly devastating news :(

  • any tips how add weight and muscles?

  • lol, you seem like a nice guy.

  • I've been to the gym drunk before. Had a great work out, pushed my self so hard that I got sick to my stomach and puked up my lunch in the parking lot after. lol then I felt great! I puked up all my alcoholic worries.

  • huntz clearly has a 6 pack he has no problem with gaining muscle

  • hahahahahahahahaha love this guy

  • why you drinking beer at the end?

  • @scooby1961

When you say supplements, what exactly do you mean. Do you count Protein powders (with some additions) and e.g. amino acids as supplements?

    Thank you.

  • dam this is so true.. i was binge drinking durin my cutting phase.. didnt get anywhere for 3 weeks.. =\

  • He probably took that one sip then felt guilty and threw it up. "fatty fatty"

  • you look like you're always holding suitcases... idk if thats healthy

  • U ignorant beer-swillng gnome! Lol!

  • VODKA FTW!

  • I want to add muscles but not lose fat. In-fact, I want to gain a little bit of fat. I have such a high metabolism && I want to workout to gain MUSCLE MASS. I am almost 6 foot weighing about 140 pounds soaking wet. Any way I can work out and not worry about losing the little percentage of body fat that I have? Thanks scooby! Subbed and favved.

  • I'm bulking, but still want to go out and drink say, ones a fortnight(2weeks). I realise that no alcohol is good while on a diet and working out, but what is it that I need to look for/avoid in alcohol in order to still get abit drunk, and have the least effect?

  • WRONG!

  • ide rather look average and party every weekend..

  • @url7292 that's a good way to stick out

  • fun and bodybuilding do not mix.

  • why the hell are your nipples always so hard

  • Scooby! What's a good website to find a workout program? I'm trying to start back up again.
