actually the way you gain fat from drinking is actually the food you eat with it. There is 0 fat in beer. The actual reason it is bad to drink with body building is because it deprives the muscles of h2o which is bad and can even lead to injury. If you do decide to drink the night before going to the gym either dont go or hydrate and dont do as much weight. trust me you can easily hurt yourself and not be able to lift for two weeks even up to 2 months for a full recovery.
Ive had more than 1 beer a day or more than 365 in a year and I have lost 3 pounds... So take this guys advice for what it is. Not everyone wants to look like a roided out freak, just being slim is enough.
I've been to the gym drunk before. Had a great work out, pushed my self so hard that I got sick to my stomach and puked up my lunch in the parking lot after. lol then I felt great! I puked up all my alcoholic worries.

@sumbarine yeah, you know you can get the same benefits from other things, without the side affects, like grape juice, water and exercise. 2 drinks a day is not going to make you healthy because you have to take into account all the affects, not just the good ones. 2 drinks a day, that's 14 drinks a week, now multiply that by 52 weeks in a year, that's 728 drinks a year, you're gonna fuck your body up like that man. better to drink water or grape juice man.

I appreciate your non-biased opinion on alcohol and marijuana. your arguments are accurate and valid. One of the worst things that I encounter amongst anti-drug speakers is the fault of stretching the truth to achieve fear in using such drugs, until the user try's such substances and finds out that it was just a bunch of crap. ah i was so glad to hear you say a couple drinks a month is ok. i recently went up to about 5-8 drinks a month. back to tapering it down. to concerned about being shredded, but i want to add muscle and not look like a slob.

actually the way you gain fat from drinking is actually the food you eat with it. There is 0 fat in beer. The actual reason it is bad to drink with body building is because it deprives the muscles of h2o which is bad and can even lead to injury. If you do decide to drink the night before going to the gym either dont go or hydrate and dont do as much weight. trust me you can easily hurt yourself and not be able to lift for two weeks even up to 2 months for a full recovery.

Ive had more than 1 beer a day or more than 365 in a year and I have lost 3 pounds... So take this guys advice for what it is. Not everyone wants to look like a roided out freak, just being slim is enough.

I've been to the gym drunk before. Had a great work out, pushed my self so hard that I got sick to my stomach and puked up my lunch in the parking lot after. lol then I felt great! I puked up all my alcoholic worries.
