i havent played fear but i can tell you that stalker isnt a scary game. its more suspenseful than scary and the intro doesnt really show what the game is about. its basically Oblivion with guns. 10/10 from me get it if you can afford it. you can get quake 4 as a free add on if you order from the site GoGamer.

if you think about the way theya are made, doom3 is very sripted and you can easily predict whats gonna happen next. this makes that game way less scary. ie theres a mission critical PDA in front of you. when you grab this you know that ticks will crawl out from the holes in the floor and 91133 imps are gonna spawn.
