Thank u so much for sharin this... I SO DIG YOU,lemme practice that ;-)* in my fantasy (blush*)lol seriously tho, i will try..ur so kind to everyone, u share ur knowledge in music, and that helps so many im sure, including me.. Bless U! lav u man tsup!
Gosh! I'm loving this! I've never seen anything charted out before by TYPING the chart! You never cease to amaze me man! You have me |-| THIS close to learning the guitar! Haha..
Hiya Tom. Yeah, it's called tablature. Definitely worth learning if you are going to take up guitar. Do a google on guitar tab for your favorite songs.. There is a lot out there. I tabbed it here more as a guide. This would actually be a good tune to start playing guitar on, imho.
i see you got a whole song from that, and that sure makes sense. I donT play the guitar (yet), just the piano, the radio/videos and with my food, but thanks for the inspiration! peace.
Thanks man.. You checked deep into my stuff, eh? I actually used this tune as the basis for my song Rising.. Changed the style and added a chorus and no bridge. I just don't dig bridges. At least not mine. They never seem natural.
Hey thanks Sara.. :-) You probably noticed this song became my other song: Rising.. As for guitar, I listen to you and I think you are better than you give yourself credit for. As for me, I gave up practicing a long time ago so I could play instead... I am not sure it's good, but it's sure fun. I still do have to work on certain things for specific songs.. But overall my focus is on trying to get an emotion through with sound instead of making my fingers move quick or something.
Good start. I suggest another phrase starting in Am (the relative minor of G). I could post a vid response idea but I don't want to step on your toes. If you want to collaborate to overthrow the gover...I mean to complete the song, let me know. Peace and music!
Wouldn't be stepping on my toes at all! It's kind of why I put it up. There is a song my son found that is pretty much like it, but that's bound to happen I guess. When I play it lately, I just do G-C, G-C-D for an alternate verse and skip the Am run.. So anyway, I would love to see what you do with it, and perhaps overthrow the gover..
Yes, thats a familiar problem. Usually when my song starts to sound familiar, I take an other song (totally diffrent) and try to make it look more like this second song. That way I always end up somewhere in between. Gijs
