  • ill take my jbl 4350's got a video up check it out

  • SER JO IKKE UT XD

  • The group is called: MOODLEX and the song : EXTINTOR.

I have it on a sampler: bar lounge classics deluxeedition

  • I think it's particularly impressive that the giant 4" diaphragm plays from 700Hz all the way up to 20kHz in that horn!

This massive speaker must sound very transparent in person.

PS: The music is relaxing, who's the artist?

  • Yes, but I have no money for a bigger room ;-)

  • Wow, are these speakers not to big for youre room ?

  • Awesome system.Fabulous pioneer vintage. Bravo.

  • thumbs up, if you think the new logo looks crap!!!

  • Nice bass reproduction :), really nice!

  • Oh and of course, congrats for these beasts!!!!

  • That´s something you can get nowaday only expending thousands of dollars on a JBL Everest project. Unfortunately highend audio is becoming each more expensive. And like those vintages the present speakers will be the bargain in the future. It´s sad but is true :(

  • с осцилографом первый раз вижуаппарат!!)

  • Sorry, I don´t understand your question?

  • but will it blend?

  • i love my Pioneer CS-T7000 :)

  • Thank you very much !

  • Tour system looks absolutely awesome.

  • sweet!

  • those have been ceped in good condition.

  • Very very nice setup..the video audio has some trouble with that lovely bass line

  • First of all OMG!!! Sweet mother of loudspeakers!!! Second of all I wouldn't keep my reel-to-reel tape recorder next to the wood-burning stove ... :)))

  • Wow... this is a really nice system!!! My Yamaha NS-777's are nothing compared to this vintage!!!

  • ich habe mal gehört,dass diese boxen bis zu 22.500€ kosten sollen :)

  • a work of art !!!

  • That is correct, the Augsburger Studio Monitors where cheeper copys from these Pioneer Exclusive 2401 ( in Europe TAD TSM-1). When I listen to vinyl, I do it without dustcovers, but on this video the Music is from CD.

  • That's a gorgeous system and I've seen too many to count. I wouldn't change anything as far as equipment. The speakers remind me of the George Augspurger studio monitors.

If I can offer some friendly advice. Personally I would move the gear from he top speakers. I would also remove the dust cover from TT while in use. There is a reason they lift off. Put your hand on the cover while listening to dynamic musical peaks. You will surprised how much vibration that cover is sending to the table.

  • Yes, thank you. I have also a pair of Pioneer HPM-100, which where developed by Bart Locanthi, too.

    Cheers

    Siamac

  • Thank Bart Locanthi and the lineage at JBL, to which these excellent transducers owe their heritage and history.

I heard these in 1989 after they first hit the scene. $20k/pair - back then... Crystalline clarity, precision and excellent imaging, not to mention build quality and materials. You are a fortunate man, Siamac1 -

  • nice setup...impresive :D...when you feel like donating it give me a call :D

  • Yes, that was hard ;-)

  • Very nice speakers. Bet they're hard to get up the stairs to huh? haha

  • PIONEER SX-1980 has an excellent phono-section with cartridge load selector, better than any separate phono pre-pre-amp.

    Thank you for visit, cheers

  • Vintage goods, Nice.

  • The group is called: MOODLEX and the song : EXTINTOR.

I have it on a sampler: bar lounge classics deluxeedition, thanks for your interest.

  • I always dream whith tsm1...

    Very nice room too ;)

  • Sometimes it is more easy, than we thought ;-)

    Nice to hear you !

  • Somehow I should have known I should Google "Pioneer" to find you! Hahaha!...

    This is Parham. : )

  • That is a sick system. I would love to hear the 2401 some day.

  • Thank you, as a vintage Pioneer-Fan this TAD speakers are a highlight in my life.

  • @Siamac1 Sweet gear!!!!! Those look suspiciously like JBL drivers?! I see from doing some searches for the "Exclusive" line of Pioneer gear, that some of the other speakers have appears to use some tweeters that also appear to be from JBL speakers I remember? Do you know if they are JBL's? I had no idea Pioneer made speakers of this quality!?

  • @slitherysnakes , No they are not JBL. This are TAD drivers. They are much more expensive, than JBL drivers !!! TAD is a company building high class studio speakers and drivers. TAD belongs to PIONEER.

  • @Siamac1 I wasn't trying to offend you.... if you saw the pics I saw you understand my question.... the design of some are visually identical.... peace

we both love sound and are passionate about our gear, lets drop it please...

  • @slitherysnakes , I am very sorry. I think you misunderstood me. I just wanted to say who / what TAD is. I love JBL speakers, too.

  • @Siamac1 no worries- keyboard conversations never sound the way they are intended!

  • Oh yeah.... anice ultimate fine equipment, thanks to sharing with the world! Wonderfull livingroom!
