imo, hitting someone as they are shooting isnt as impressive, because if you are actually getting a good shot off, most of your upper body strength is channelling into your shot, and you are much easier to knock down.

Since that time, I have to agree that if the same hits (not all mind you) will constitute a foul and penalty time. If you are compelled to call me what you will, I am just stating facts.
