why would you use pulse? in the flat position, standard spray transfer is better.

Not on thin plate. Spray transfer is too hot alone. Besides you get a better bead appearance with pulse. If you have a twin pulse machine it appears as if you TIG welded it.

pulsed is def the way to go. once you try it you will never go back to spray :)
