This guy demonstrates the worst of the worst. I just spent 7+ hours on the phone with customer service working out trouble caused by Tracfone's (horrible) information systems. It was AGONY. Indeed, I was ENRAGED at times. The problem still isn't fixed. Yet, I STILL HAD SYMPATHY for the people working there. This guy's ASININE and self-centered perspective makes that a lot harder. Unprofessional.
Hey... I work for Tracfone Wireless too and it's not that bad. What I hate is that sometimes the Avaya is not working well and when it comes to warm transfer a call I barely understand what the other agen is saying because of their accent. If they know we are in Guatemala and they also speak Spanish then why don't they speak Spanish to us also XD Arriba Guatemala!

I empathize with anyone who has to work Customer Service. I did for years and it left scars. lol. BUT, tracfone service does suck. The company is constantly spamming customers and they simply refuse to stop. Adding insult to injury, they then charge you for their spam messages and calls. TracFone SUCKS.

Their customer service SUCKS. Get some ENGLISH speaking operators who actually know how to do their job & you might get LESS complaints. I have wrestled with trakfone now for WEEKS to get it activated. It's bought & paid for & it's STILL not working! Do not get entangled with this company if you can go to another cell phone plan.

Customers may not be the brightest, but the company itself sucks, they report the minimum pay and say they pay a high salary, when you get sick and get a sick leave, you get peanuts for a check, they don't really care about their agents and that reflects in cs, personally I worked there, calls aren't the big issue, I left because there are better opportunities out there. Bottom line, working for Trancfone SUCKS!!!!!
