wow never in a million years thing i would be looking into buddism... i looked at christianity and islam and even if it were true i do not agree with it i mean a god who burns you in hell? even if thats true sorry but fuck that god.....this video is my 1st real insight into buddism and wow this guy speaks in ways i have felt my self i struggle to understand it all i am dyslexic but some things made perfect sense i want to know more!

WoW... you blew me away Alan, wonderful video! This really changed my thinking on some issues that bother me, which in the total equation of life do not matter. I lived in Thailand/Laos as a boy and this brought back much of what I was taught. It humbles me to see how far from the truth I could stray over the years. In these roles our egos play, we all suffer from some level of; deliberate ignorance, fear, and anger. Instead let's improve ourselves & inspire the next evolution of consciousness!
