Clip as a clip but the tune counts. And music's really masterpiece and unforgettable! I would call the one is very best and recognizeable melodies of beginning of 80's. Just Everlasting to listening to
ok well i use to listen to this song when i was 6 years old with my dad it was what got me into trance techno and rave music , it took me 10 years to find out the name of this song , and if anyone knows the cd midnight party mix you know what i am talking about
Ok this song i use to listen to with my dad when i was 6 it was what got me into trance techno and everything that i listen to right now it took me about 10 years to finally know what it was called and i know if anyone here knows midnight party mix cd you know what i am talking about
No manchen esto si es musica!!!!Como envidio a la gente que vivio su juventud con esta musica...solo me queda escucharla y bailarla sola en casa jaja...
I've been looking for this song for about 15 years! i remember it on my first disco biscuit at a club and never got the tun outta my head since, can't believe i've found it!
Look at those antique TV's and computers. To think I am so old I remember when this was so trendy, futuristic and cool. Those New Wave one hit wonders were the best.
Thanks to a friends xm radio, I finally got the title of this song! I had been searching for it for years. I even went into a Tower Records a few years ago and tried to hum the melody to the employee, I even included the laser effects....he looked like he wanted to smack me with a brick. lol
ha ha ha prinsess of norway la baoto daughter of harald not harold ha ha ha une meddaille de oplimpique jeux ha ha ha une diploma de bnes ha ha ha living on video, ha ha ha do you realy think i pay?????? never never end never!!!!
This song was originally released in 1983 and came under the Italo Disco label although Trans X were actually from Canada. It was not until July 1985 when it eventually became a UK top 40 hit peaking at no. 9 at the end of that month. They did not release anything else in the UK but have some other similar style songs released during the early to mid 80's. The 2 Brothers did a 'Euro-Dance' version with 'Living In Cyberspace' in 1999.
I had actually taped this off the UK top 40 in 1985 and at tne end of a song, the DJ on BBC Radio One said that it has been a disco hit for a couple of years. It just took 2 years before it eventually got re-issued.
I can't believe this came out in 1985! It was 5 years too late, all this stuff was over and done with by 1981....amazed it was hit that late in the decade.
2 years later isn't that late, probably wouldn't work too good in...say 1989 lol, but this could be released today, with all the electropop/ 80's retro inspired bands.
I'd disagree. In the 80's, things were moving so fast that 1981 sounded VERY different to 1985. That was one of the best things about the decade, so many trends - unlike today....where things seem to linger around like an unflushed turd.
LOL...yeah I know, thats why I love the 80's, so many different styles and trends, each year had it's own thing, you had your early, mid and late 80's all had their own sound, but still similar. stuff now all sounds the same.
That is correct. Stop living the video, the video imitating life. If we imitate the media, we are in effect experiencing a a diluted and worn down version of social reality.
I've never seen this original video, I was imaginate other images about this song, but it's great!!!! I've the LP by "Discos Musart" of Mexico, the vocal version and the instrumental version, rare the instrumental version. XD XD...
Si alguna canción define los recuerdos de mi niñez es precisamente esta. Gracias por el video ¡Es la primera vez que por fin dejo de imaginarme como eran! jajaja
Haha, WOW, what a vision the 80s had of how the future would look like...looking back at this in 2008 makes everything in this music video outdated and old lol
Brings back some damn nostalgic memories from the old gaming days anyway - not sure I heard this song on anything else first time around apart from C64 loading screens!
Oh, sh*t, this song make me feel how old I am. I haven't hear this for maybe 20 years and I have to find it in here, sh*t. Say whatever you want, I rather prefer this song from 1981, than almost kind of music of today.
Gotta love the keytar player that uses his fist in sync with the drum machine sound at 0:18. He was right on time with that sound perfectly. Just love that bit. Funny, that's how I count the beats of my melodies, too. :) I love this Canadian based band, though.
Yes, I liked it very much when I was in the primary school behind so-called "IRON COURTAIN". But it is the first time I see the video. I don't like it, it's just a mix of KRAFTWERK, VISAGE AND NEW ORDER.
Yes. It was a HUGE, HUGE hit in 1983-1984 in Mexico City. Makes me remember my high school years. I consider it now sooo camp, but is totally electro 80s
i love this song
