CBS had Mike as the winner, and took the coverage off since they thought the event was rigged. 40 percent of the crowd booed at the decision. Arnold cheating on his wife for many years and lying to family while fathering a love child the same age as his son from his wife is great representative to everyone.
Mentzer finished 5th not even 2nd... So without Arnold, he would have been 4th... A sore loser, who literally went crazy after this competition. A nice idol to everyone... :D
@Banderius79 Sorry buddy, Arold won by his films fame and friendly judges: Zane was winning over the las 3 previous years and was on a top shape. Boyer Coe was bigger and better than Arnold that year. Not to speak about Mentzer; he scored a perfect 10th in '78. The only one in all IFBB history, plus in 1980 Mike was considered to be in his top shape of his life! (better than in 78). Arnold got the karma to win although he was not the real winner. That was a BLUFF.1975 was his real year!

No one had a chance since Arnold had friends in judging panel and the event's promote (Graham) actually had Arnold best man at his wedding!

At 2:15, you can clearly see how wide Arnold (with thin thighs) and Roger's hips are compared to Mike's. Also the thighs on Mike were more developed.
