@donchetan The web site wants to charge you money to get you a job. Sounds like a Scam to me, all of this websites that claim they get get your resume to oil companies that are hiring is a rip off. Go into Exxon mobil web site and you will see that they have posted something about the scams other agencies are doing. Oil companies dont charge you anything to hire you.
