i finally caught all the bugs. Tip" to catch a peacock butterfly, plant a bunch of white roses in a diagonal line and make sure to water them every day and sometimes there is a purple rose next to it and if you take that, change it to summer around noon, you can plant them outside and there might be a peacock butterfly flying by it. If you need to know anything else about catching one, just respond to this, any watering can works :)

Scorpions are harder to catch than Tarantulas in my town. I've caught 43 Tarantulas. I caught 23 Scorpions.

The only bugs i need to complete the set is the Tiger Butterfly, the Peacock(I need to plant my black rose), the Bee, thePondskater, the Bagworm, the Firefly, the Fly(lol), the Spider, Tarantula, and the Scorpion. Heres a tip: If you want to catch coconut palm beetles like the golden stag ten set your time to 4:00 am, I did this and found my 2nd and 3rd hercules beetle and my second golden stag!

I feel good knowing I've caught all those too. Especially the tarantula which I just caught today. I'm glad those guys are down.

All I need for my bug collection now is the birdwing, red dragonfly, petail dragonfly, dung beetle and peacock butterfly. all of which aren't too hard to find. :D

@cocobeans48 Dude, I'm not a hacker I swear. Hacking is one of the gayest things ever I don't even know how. Im cluless. But at my map, I have altogether 95 coconut trees. I catch every same date and ill give you this date to remember 7/4/10 and you will catch such as, Goliathe, Atlas, Elephant beatle, golden stag (15,000) Herculas (15,000 bells) and cyclomatus beatles and don't forget for 10,000 bells (GIANT BEATLE) Also for the scorpian and turtantuala. :D Have fun on this date catching bugs!

it depends on what time of year it is for example if you change to Summer you can get Dragonflies, bugs on trees, walking bugs

Rare bugs are on palms.
