@ rmcjlive63 you would have to measure ones foot length. Unfortunately for the width this is the smallest circular loom that you can get unless you order a custom made or made by a loom company. You can also choose a smaller ply wool or yarn. For a wider foot, I like to use yarn with elastic in it. Hope this helps.
The toe can also be done by repeating the same steps for the heel. The toe then gets turned up and all that needs to be done is a kitchener stitch to close the opening. Youtube "kitchener stitch"
