you're right the tranny i used isn't strong enough first it broke the tranaxle gear then it broke a short shaft the inner gear run on

Really glad I found this! I been thinking of oding this in the summer, got most of the stuff I need. Going for a flatbed though.

Was going to do a single axle setup. I dont think a standard mower tranny would handle all the chains and stuff.
