I like the meat for microwave chicken. It's always tender and juicy - but the skin is gross. Secondly, the Princess House piece you are using is great except it won't fit in the average microwave which is waaaay smaller than the one you show.
Most people have the smaller microwaves with the circular interior that rotates. Yeah, that size isn't going to fit in there.
Instead of lemons, I use chicken broth and it's even more moist. I did it the first few times w/ the lemon and then didn't have any lemon and used the chicken broth, my husband said it was even better. And after the chicken is done cooking, I use the same broth and cook potatoes, green beans and carrots for 10 mins and have a complete dinner.
If I hadn't tried this myself I never would have believed that you could get such a moist and delicious chicken from the microwave. It even comes out browned! I will try to experiment though as I have family members who are allergic to lemon. I think I'll try either orange or grapefruit and see what happens. We'll see.....

I make one once a week for my family - either for dinner or to pick at on the run. It really is great!

This is the BEST dish EVER!!!! I can use 1 chicken and make pasta, ceasar salad, soup AND chicken sandwiches!!! It's economical AND quick and Easy!!!
