This is similar to a law called Internment which was enforced in N Ireland in the 60's & 70's. This was a time where even so much as talking to a known IRA or UDA, UVF member, could have you arrested and jailed without trial whether or not you knew that person was a member of said groups. In order for this unlawful law to even be considered in Congress, or for even the president to sign such a monstrosity, some very influential heavy hitters had to be behind this, lobbying non-stop in secret. I would suspect the Federal Reserve has their fingerprints all over this, and pushed Congress, and Obama into signing it. Well so far, "trust me" has worked. The U.S. President can launch our nukes at any moment, but all we have to do is trust them that they won't. Worked so far. This is, as most things are, a "just in case" type of thing.

I read the entire bill and Cenk is wrong. It discloses in EACH section that it does not include Anreicans. not just 1021. After EACH statement it dscloses that it excludes Amercans. Read it for yourselves- YOUTUBE wont let me paste the link to the bill- but it starts on page 418. Read it.
