Ugh. I love smoothies, but don't they give you diarrhea? It's fruit...

  • @helloimemilyg eating healthy can be sooo cheap! For example, today at the store I spent $16. I got 4 greek yogurts, 2 lbs of bananas, 1lb of bean sprouts, a pear, a dozen eggs, a bunch of spinach, celery, grapes, oatmeal, and 2 cans of tuna. I will go to the store about 3 times a week and usually spend around $60 for the week. Just look for seasonal fruits and veggies they are usually on sale! Good luck :)

I was wondering if you could make a video on some Healthy Desserts, because it feels like at the end of every meal I crave it...and if it were healthy and easy to make, it would make eating right and staying active simple for all of us!

  • OK ask ANY chef food is EITHER FRESH OR FROZEN, it can't be both, so which are you tqalking about FRESH or FROZEN

  • OK EVERYBODY these days is talkin g about cutting down on calorific intake. This is NOT good for the FARM workers, FACTORY workers a,d MINE workers, they NEED a large intake of calories to get them through the day. I would strongly suggest a FULL ENGLISH BREAKFAST, this consists of, fried bacon, (2 rashers/slices)fried eggs (2) baked beans, fried bread, fried mushrooms, and black pudding. You can get any and all of these items on line now, at quite a reasonable price, and how to cook it here

  • make me breakfast and suck my cock while i eat it bitch .

  • Tim Ferris says to get 30 grams of protein in before 30 minutes of waking up. So I had started eating that with garlic, an onion and a tomato (and sometimes other vegetables like paprika). But the healthiest I hear is just yoghurt with some exotic fruits. I avoid that because it's not vegan/ecological (1 animal product a day is my max). When I'm running low on time, I buy a bread and just have jelly on it.

  • Brilliant video. Nurtition is a vital part of health today.

Why should it be hard to lose weight. When it could just be so easy, healthy, and fun!
