A very simple smoothie : one green or red apple / oatmeal 1 tbs/ protein equivalent to 9 grams of effective protein/ 1/4 tsp olive oil / honey is optional / skim kilk 1 mcup ( 350 ml ) . Blend together and take it first in the morning.

For breakfast I eat pancakes, pizza, omelett or bacon and eggs. Tea and candy for lunch and usually a big ass dinner with dessert afterwards. OK EVERYBODY these days is talkin g about cutting down on calorific intake. This is NOT good for the FARM workers, FACTORY workers a,d MINE workers, they NEED a large intake of calories to get them through the day. Tim Ferris says to get 30 grams of protein in before 30 minutes of waking up. So I had started eating that with garlic, an onion and a tomato (and sometimes other vegetables like paprika). But the healthiest I hear is just yoghurt with some exotic fruits. I avoid that because it's not vegan/ecological (1 animal product a day is my max). When I'm running low on time, I buy a bread and just have jelly on it.

For breakfast I eat pancakes, pizza, omelett or bacon and eggs. Tea and candy for lunch and usually a big ass dinner with dessert afterwards. After the dessert follows usually some nachoes and mint chocolate and between the meals I drink tea and nudlelsnack. Some coffe between there too ye;) and I stay 50kg as a teen no matter what, just do some tip toe ballet twice a'weak!!;)

Tea only for Breakfast. Lunch today: 4 slices of fried ham and 2 fried eggs. Dinner: Shrimps, sliced celeries, sliced Kohlrabi, cocktail sauce (this I should cut out, but it just tastes so good) diluted with a twitch of fresh lemon. 2 dl white wine with it. Dessert: Fruits.

OK EVERYBODY these days is talkin g about cutting down on calorific intake. This is NOT good for the FARM workers, FACTORY workers a,d MINE workers, they NEED a large intake of calories to get them through the day. I would strongly suggest a FULL ENGLISH BREAKFAST, this consists of, fried bacon, (2 rashers/slices)fried eggs (2) baked beans, fried bread, fried mushrooms, and black pudding. Tim Ferris says to get 30 grams of protein in before 30 minutes of waking up. So I had started eating that with garlic, an onion and a tomato (and sometimes other vegetables like paprika). But the healthiest I hear is just yoghurt with some exotic fruits. I avoid that because it's not vegan/ecological (1 animal product a day is my max). When I'm running low on time, I buy a bread and just have jelly on it.
