Actually, Tau don't have Faster then Light Tech that can let them travel as far as warp travel, thats why they have taken so long to expand and why they control a very small section of space, the stars there are clustered together tightly, but yeah, they need to let the emperor die so he can be re-born

After hours of fight the emperor and horus could see eachother through the masses of their fighting elite units on the stairs of the holy palace... both weapons hit eachother hundred times. Then the emperor tried to turn horus on his side but horus used that moment of unconcentration and crushed him down... The emperor had only one chance...he used his psychic waves to destroy his opponants mind who already prepared for a final srike...

The emperor is one life support, he was injured during the Horus Heresy. This is a moded thing right, my brother thought it was a game.

The video is about the history of the empire and the Horus Heresy. The Emperor did square off against Horus and killed Horus but was wounded during the fight, which is why all he does is sit around incased in a giant golden pyramid
