I live in Bellevue, NE, and i remember inn 2010 I was under a tornado warning. I lived just north of the platte river in Sarpy County, NE. The tornado touched down like 2 miles south of me.
i remember this, i was 1/10 of a mile away from the touch down of the tornado, my neighbors patio furnature flew through my bedroom window and broke my arm

LOL I have been through my fair share of tornadoes in Indianapolis. But nothing really compares to the brute forces of a Hurricane here in South Florida. I was in Fort Lauderdale for Wilma and Katrina. I think we had 5 hurricanes that year. Hours of non stop high wind action...
i remember this....my house was damaged by straightline winds....it was so fucking scary.......we had so much severe weather that week...after this night...i didnt want anymore
Saw funnel clouds in Greenfield, had to wade through water and then drive through flooded streets to pick up my next load. It was scary with that lightning because you would see little clouds hanging then a big one then nothing. I heard it touched down and went east of Hancock County and did some damage.

All those storms here are turning into a case of bullshit. There were about 3 days with severe storms in a freaking row!
