Current video standards over the Internet do not provide a means to include - nor would YouTube have a means to select - closed captions. If it were possible (for both) it would provide a nice feature to turn them on or off.
No, I'm not being sarcastic. I just point out that if you want to say something, consider captioning it because it helps two ways: those who are deaf or are trying to learn English, and if you slur your words or the audio is low, someone can still read what you have to say.

Yeah, the image lags by about 1/2 second or so. I figured out how to use my new camera and the video and audio apparently are properly in sync.
