I can't say I've used the Line 6 amp you have, but Im not a fan of digital amps for the most part. I would do the trade, the Marshall VS can easily do the tones you seek.
I am considering trading my Line 6 spider hd75 stack for the Marshall vs100 stack. I enjoy blues tones to classic rock and warm clean lots of reverb worship music. In your opinion is this a good trade?
