That is why I'll never read Hitchens. It's a waste of time. Most respectable people recognize this and those who don't usually have a simple minded agenda.

I don't see Kissinger as being really evil. I think he figures that some nations are bound to succeed and some are not. When he talks about the Palestinian statehood issue, he's being practical; there are workable solutions, but both sides will have to cooperate.
Kissingers has always worked to support the side that cooperates.
