  • he could of at least bought some pants

  • Always thought what will a capitalist propaganda look like ... well now we know

  • So taxes are an integral part of democracy

  • Look, it's Scrooge McDuck's first appearance!

  • I think our taxes also paid for this cartoon. Damn you Disney!

  • Everyone does their part in war. Everyone's a murderer.

  • Oh I love the stereotyping.

Brits spend lots of money, and Scots are cheap?

Taxes are a product of a fascist government.

  • Personal freedom and economic freedom cannot remain separate. If we have a right to our lives, we have a right to live our lives as we chose and to keep the fruits of our labor. These two rights are the same.

  • Lol loved the British national anthem at the end xD

  • i lost my hole respect of disney

    fucking propaganda

  • American propaganda?

  • ah, americans thinking it is patriotic to pay taxes.... for war... but when is come to helping people and building a better society.... CLASS-WARFARE!

  • @nigen Go ahead then, write your check to Obama. But do not confiscate your neighbor's earnings to support your Master's agenda. Do it yourself. Give it up, or shut up. We have families to feed.

  • @Kapindur

yeah, Na I have schools I want to FUND, and roads I want FIXED! so yes, I will pay my due!

  • holy shit uncle scrooge!!

  • I half expected the guy yelling "taxes!" to put on the Grinch voice. "All that noise, noise, NOISE!"

  • When exactly was this banned? I have on tape, officially.

  • This is so ironic, Taxes are oppressive in their own way. What a stupid propagandistic video... but I guess it's not all stupid since the American people are just as stupid. Democracy doesn't work under a nation of dumbasses.

  • @ukno918

taxes in countries are so the country can build schools, public places and military to protect the country. you're a special ed. you don't anything, smart ass.

  • @ukno918 If it weren't for taxes, we wouldn't be able to get the stuff we want and need. If there were no taxes, the government would not even be able to function. There would be no mailing service, no money to build roads, support schools, provide jobs, military, trains, etc.

But according to you, paying for something that we all need in order to function as a whole, is stupid. It's stupid to pay for something that will make our economy work and soceity function.

  • "This year, thanks to Hitler and Hirohito, taxes are higher then ever before."

Uh, you forgot Woodrow Wilson, there, mr narrator.

  • I've got a couple of good tits ;]

  • fascist pig

  • banned by who? for what? I don't think so.

  • Try airing this cartoon in a modern setting and see how much support it gets.

  • I love America. But what has happened to the spirit they had in 43

  • @joeyh423 did you just quote Versailles?

  • Why is this banned? We have forgotten american spirit.

  • War....what is it good for...absolutely nothing. War does not determine who is right....it determines who is left.

  • This cartoon is selling the idea that taxes spent on war is good..

    STUPID

  • @tiktik1994 my god I just noticed that. that's retarded LOL

  • @mewichigo64

that's because they want to protect the planet, retard. you think people just go around fighting each other for no reason?

  • @thetoughguy7 no fuckass I mean I didn't get what this clip was about and now I did

  • This is.... banned?

  • Da Da Da Daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa :DD

  • Taxes to sink the Axis!

  • i remember all these banned cartoons from childhood, now they cant even show someone smoking a cigar, very sad kids cant see this stuff anymore

  • @yayaeloh yea its so funny cause even though they show cartoons smoking cigar in the past... less minors smoke cigars than today, where they do not show them... ironic isnt it?

  • "American factories"

    DO THESE EVEN EXIST ANYMORE?

  • @darkghor For War machines, Probably YES

But for regular consumer products, usually no, unless it is a product that explictly states its made in America

  • @darkghor Shure...somewhere in china

  • @darkghor Yep, I have this cartoon on a VHS tape I bought a few years back. It was included w/two other cartoons. The tape was labled simply "Donald Duck Cartoons" and was geared of course towards little kids. Pretty freakin' strange.

  • @darkghor Car factories BARELY exist.

  • @darkghor Not after another four years of Obama, they wont.

  • Too long did not listen

  • I didnt spend anything or pay taxes that time.....

Mostly cuze i waznt born :D

  • Wasn't Donald's "thrifty self" the inspiration for the character of Scrooge McDuck?

  • TAXES So the steel people owners got richer just as the factories owners did. War profiteering, still going on today.

  • @hotrod1ish The taxes on the wealthy were their highest during and immediately and the wages and prices were strictly controlled after the war. If I remember correctly it was lowered from somewhere in the 80 to 90% range in the fifties. In fact the living conditions of the average Americans skyrocketed after the war and employment was at a all time high. So war profiteering was really only after this war when the gov't spent money without controlling anything else.

  • @hotrod1ish well back then, they didn't look at it like that, it was really about the idea of mass producing all these weapons to fight back against the Axis Powers. It got even worse in the 50's when there was no need for weapons anymore and there was all this money pouring in.

But on the upside, World War 2 did "end" the Great Depression in the 1930's for Americans.

  • @Volts48 Exactly right, even in the face of Roosevelt's socialist policies that kept the Great Depression going strong as the rest of the world was recovering, it took the Nip attack on Pearl Harbor to bring America to her potential.

Such at thing could never happen again, as no matter who attacks us, Obama will blame America first, and apologize to the attacker.

He really hates America first, just like his "Daddy" and radical terrorist friends taught him to do.

    Quite the President.

  • This not even subliminal. This is super-liminal.

  • THAT SO NOT TRUE

  • Thats a Nazi killing good time!

  • This was banned? I used to own a copy of this on VHS!

  • are you all really arguing this on a cartoon haha fuck politics laugh live life you fail realist fucks

  • @Aetheilas The soundtracks don't sound "muffled" to me. They had good recordings for the technology at the time. Yes, they are the same song. What difference does it make? It's the sentiment of the film that matters. There are other songs with the same melody and people don't get upset over them. "Merrily We Roll Along" and "Mary Had a Little Lamb" is just one example.

  • I 'wrote' that. texting with swype is tricky.

  • I that over a year ago, why the fuck are you responding to it

  • Taxs + New Jersey = Not paying... lulz

  • Over half of the comments on this video is from RayPointer.

  • @Braxton905 Well, it's a stimulating topic, which I'm in a position to discuss. And this is a discussion board.

  • it wasn't donald's war...ever... when was it ever your war, oh American People?

thats right, it was your war when The Bosses decided to make a killing off of the Industrial Military Complex, all while you paid the Extra Taxes propoganded in this film... American-Know-How!!!

THE USA It's Free Market Economy...haw haw haw

  • Banned? Where and when? This was a well-known cartoon.

  • wow cartoon propaganda at it's finest, nice... except who were they tryna reach? kids? they dont pay taxes hahaha

  • @daleva187goligo Once again, the concept is that because it's a cartoon it's thought to be for kids. Cartoons played to adults as well, and this was one example of the cartoon medium used to explain a concept that was and is vital to the nation. The concept that taxes are bad is negative political propaganda originated by Republicans. Taxes are necessary, but it's their structure that is out of balance since those with the most wealth pay less than those with the least. That doesn't compute.

  • we are taxed to keep us poor, there is no more to it than that... the richest people pay most of the taxes, the taxes accrued from the poor amount to fuck all...

  • @dljc1979 The result by current occurances is true. However, taxes support a nation and are necessary since everybody wants something from the government. Someone has to pay for these things. The problem is that not everyone is paying their fair share.

Those in the best position to pay their fair share pay the least, if not anything, and benefit the most from the society. It is the lack of employment that puts money into circulation that keeps people poor, not taxes.

  • @RayPointer | if every working-class person had a job and no one was unemployed the taxes earned from them would still amount to FUCK ALL.

  • @dljc1979

The Middle class pays most of the taxes. The very wealthy have loopholes to weasel out of paying taxes.

  • @khalilrabee Lol we're basicly the worlds police. Who do you have to thank for the liberation of Afghanistan and Iraq? and basicly tge entire middleast from Alquida Dictatorship.

  • @36mofia33 oh god, u actually believe that shit? hahahahaha patriots are so fuken stupid and blind

  • So you complain about America having Nukes.... well I wish we could forget there was ever Nukes to begin with... but having Iran have them too will not help anything else get better...

  • fuck hey!

  • I still have this VHS laying around somewhere!

Along with Daffy the Commando :D

  • Income Tax was created by the central zionist bankers the Rothschild and the Federal Reserve that has enslaved the American since 1913, why don't you make a cartoon about that Disney!

  • @Allanlegacy43 Kinda hard for him to do that. Hes kinda dead.

  • @FPSWermland No Duh!

  • @Allanlegacy43 Um ya, he is.

  • We cannot even get the companies no days to help out and cut profit to help our efforts against today's enemies.. like Exxon needs to make less profit right now to keep gas prices down while we are trying to keep Iran from getting NUKES that might one day cause destruction to the world.... Hey BIG OIL if there is no World then there will be no more business.

  • @peterboykin america already has nuks, and its the only country that ever used nuclear bombs against another country, sorry, i meant against the entire population in 2 cities in that country. we dont see u complaining about america having nuke bombs and america is destroying the world right now. its not iran that is attacking countries in the middle east, its not iran that hires pupet governments to subjugate every single man that oposes democracy...

  • @khalilrabee listen to this guy , down to earth with open eyes. thank you for the insight :)

  • @khalilrabee Our using A-Bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki came after Japan refused to surrender after the fall of Germany. Remember, the attacked us at Pearl Harbor. Japan was asked to surrender repeatedly or face dire circumstances. So those sites were bombed. The results brought about the surrender, along with great devestation. We regret it, and don't want to see others repeat this. Fortunately we became united with Japan in its rebuilding, and our relations have been positive since then.

  • @RayPointer aha, so because japan didnt surrender america decided to bomb the entire population. right? u regret it? if u would regret it u wouldnt be trying to find excuses. so give me a break

  • @khalilrabee That's the danger of war. It was not a one sided destruction of population either. This is what happened. If you want to argue the point, take it up with the Department of Defense and President Truman. Since all of these people are dead, I don't think you are going to get anywhere arguing your point or trying to reverse what happed in 1945. The entire point now is to not repeat that experience, which the U.S. has been working very hard not to have repeated elsewhere in the world.

  • great animation

  • Great, let's all pay our taxes towards stupid wars that we wouldn't have wanted if we knew the truth, and pay our taxes towards a grossly inefficient, over-sized bureaucratic system that has gutted our economy and turned this nation into a welfare state that survives on bank loans.

  • @yTubeBlowsBigBalls "wouldn't have wanted?" That war just stopped one of the WORST events in world history. Id say thats some VERY well invested money

  • Tough choice. Spend for the axis or save money for the federal reserve, banksters, The IRS. It was a little different in '43 maybe. Nowadays I don't care to give my money to the government.

  • This wasn't banned

  • this creeps the shit out of me

  • What kind of sick propaganda is this?

  • @Maistrovo Watch the whole thing

  • @scraplife Nevermind, thought this was the same video as the hitler one, my apologies.

  • @Maistrovo This propaganda is not designed for these modern times, during Total War the notion to totally support and trust the government would be easier to understand and accept.

  • @Maistrovo World War II Propaganda :P

  • i think the thing is tho im a christian there would be no more of that wonderful lord well he would still be there but no one would beleave in christ anymore instead it would be some screwed up religion and we all be speaking german

  • @PILLOWPRODUCTIONS100 Germany is mainly Christian. So no, you wouldn't be worshiping animals or any other idles other than "God"

  • "If you don't pay taxes, you're a nazi."

  • Comment removed

  • Call me a hypocrite, but I'm not a "hardcore" Christian. I believe in God. I guess you could say I'm more spiritual.

  • .This cartoon is not banned, Disney made a dvd with all the WW2 cartoons on it called On the Front Lines.

  • i fucking hate taxes

  • All the tax money goes to the zionist banks.

  • /// Pearl Harbor was a false flag.

  • LOL! This cartoon really depicts a naval sailor.

Donald: Man, my biweekly pay is really burning a hole in my pocket, where's the nearest bar?

Local: Come with me, I'll show you all the Folexes and hookers of questionable age money can buy!

  • The biggest crap I've ever seen and heard.

Something like that, can only have come up by the Jew.

  • Err what? So this video tells you that umm... If you spend money to American economy, you give your moneys to German? And german is the leader of EU? So Americans give money for EU and its... What the fuck?

  • I can't believe how dumb we were and how blind some are now.

  • @TheWanderinSoul lol, I think we are more dumb now than ever. Just look at Christians and Musliums, the greatest sucker scams of all time. Of course when you die and find out we all just rot in the ground you can't exactly get your money back lololol.

  • @LyleVertigo What about the jews? THEY made this video.... I know why "christians" are fucking morons, but what about Islam do you believe to be incorrect? Also, mormons are WAY more mentally challenged than any of the other mainstream religions.

  • @TheWanderinSoul Christians are morons because they believe in something after death? You are a close-minded fuck. What reason is there not to believe in something more than eternal darkness after death. Being a Christian doesn't mean spending money on anything. I'm a proud Christian myself. I used to be an atheist just like you. Then I realized I was just trying to fit in with my friends. I can only assume you're an emo little bitch, because that's the majority of athiests these days. Grow up.

  • @TehJizzCakes "Christians are morons because they believe in something after death?"

When the fuck did I say that, dip shit?

    "I'm a proud Christian myself."

Your religion is based on lies enforced by the jews.

"I used to be an atheist just like you. Then I realized I was just trying to fit in with my friends."

HAHAHAHA!!!!!! Not everybody buys into what other people think just for the sake of acceptance like your sorry ass does. What a fucking joke.

  • @TheWanderinSoul Well, I used to buy into what other people think, and those were my early school days. Now I believe in God. I see that you look up Occupy Wall Street videos. Are you a nerd? Haha. That Occupy Wall Street stuff is all bullshit. The government doesn't give a flying fuck what some hipsters in the middle of the street are saying. Shit, all the people there should just move somewhere else. They aren't making a difference.

  • @TehJizzCakes Said*

  • @TehJizzCakes "Well, I used to buy into what other people think, and those were my early school days. Now I believe in God."

So, now you buy into what a different group thinks with out any fact and just pure faith? Again, you are the douche that buys into what other people say with thinking for yourself.

"Occupy Wall Street videos. Are you a nerd?"

A nerd? A you mentally challenged? The guy who uploads videos titled "Pirates of Camelot - Dumbeldore's Corridor" is calling someone else a nerd?

  • @TheWanderinSoul hey it's nice your a christian i am to but it's not good to use the lords name in a battle like you guys are using it

  • @TehJizzCakes By the way, JIZZCAKES, that's a very "christian" name you have, you fucking tool.

  • If you'll excuse me, I'm gonna go pay my taxes

  • @rinlen002 Just like the dumb ass zombie you are.

  • Uncle Scrooge is wealthy so he doesn't have to pay taxes.

  • Taxes, taxes, taxes- to pay for Disney Cartoons!

  • @pipingkid Disney financed these films, not the government.

  • I've seen this before! It's great!

  • Comment removed

  • The US Military Industrial Complex still rages on!! Stupid Duhmerican slaves to their socialist gubment. Get back to work......pay more taxes to your gubment dictators!

  • @nwlovell Love you too<3 Come to America any time and I'll give you the tour

  • @nwlovell But it's world wide. So what are you going to do, give up living? I think we know which is the better alternative.

  • 25 people who disliked are Nazi.

  • Interesting cartoon, if you consider the fact that paying taxes is actually voluntary, since there is no law in USA which states that people MUST pay taxes. It's propaganda like this that made people to think otherwise.

  • @countmorgoth You're wrong. The 16th amendment gave Congress the power to impose taxes and they have passed numerous tax laws since that was ratified. There was an interesting challenge in Ohio years ago, using a loop-hole. Someone figured out that Ohio never actually submitted their formal ratification to the federal government. Of course, that was shot down in the courts.

I'd like to see the 16th amendment repealed but the sad truth is that laws do exist and are enforceable.

  • @Aetheilas Actually it's "My Country tis of thee" (lifted from God Save the King), but who really cares? We're on the sane side.

  • American,s just doing what American,s do best Pay taxs and fuck shit up

  • Well, it was withdrawn, but not banned....

  • @DinodudeEpic Except for countries that ban swatiskas

  • We don't want millions of dollars winding up in the hands of the average American worker. That's SOCALISM and LIBERAL FASCISM!!!!!!!!!!

  • if only they aired this with the axis being al-qaeda

  • Cartoons shouldn't be baned. What ever happened to freedom of speech?

  • @bambiterry It became distorted in its meaning. The first definition of Freedom of Speech was to allow open criticism of the government without fear of being prosecuted for treason. The common understanding is related to "freedom of expression." This does not necessarily allow everything and anything to be expressed, especially if is causes compromises of issues of national security, or damages the public or private individuals. But with this freedom comes responsibility is what is said.

  • @Aetheilas It's 'My Country Tis Of Thee' that's playing.

  • those taxes were being used to Destroy EVIL. The germans ingaged in a literal war of ahnilation. Plus the Concentration camps to work people to death and death camps to solve the "Jewish problem" once and for all. and the Japanese were as bad or worse. they spread Plague infested flees by air on civilians for Gods sake! The people of Guam are U.S. citizens and I know a woman who watched a Japanese Officer cut her fathers head off for no reason. she was 7!

Now taxes R used to buy votes

  • SCROOGE!!! XD

  • is orsen wells the narrator

  • Funny that the forms they showed were for income taxes, which legal or not, pay off the fed reserve, not fund wars.

  • Also too bad the wealthy don't seem to think their tax rates should be the same as everyone else's. if they paid their fair share I wouldn't complain. But nooooooo..they need (or at least the people in charge think they need) a new tax break every week.

  • @Regenmacher175 Glad to see someone else here can be well reasoned and civil in discussing this matter.

  • i'd say citizens should not pay for an unjust war based on lies...*cough* Iraq.
