I agree with you about Nerja. It's a great place to go, if you're a family or single (like me). I spent a week there last month, staying at a friend's apartment. It's not so noisy as Marbella or Torremolinos! Its also a good place to branch off from as well. I got the 6.30am bus to Cordoba from there and also visited Granada to see the Alhambra. For anybody else going there I'd recommend a visit to the caves in Nerja and the waterfall (which seems to be one of the town's best kept secrets!).
