Mitch is a shit vocalist, anyways. That's why his live lows sound terrible, he cups the mic because he can't do them himself. They layer that dudes vocals soooo much in the studio, and it's audible on the album.

to say drum fills and blasts are rehashed is to say that the use of instruments is rehashed, i feel if you listen to the progression of any band with 3+ albums you are going to start to hear some ridiculous similarities, tbdm comes to mind imo... i also think their lyrics have improved from the cleansing, they are taking the same kind of path as whitechapel where they are deeper, thought out as apposed to a brutal, kill everyone approach.

For me, i dont care that the lyrics are positive, I care that the range of his vocabulary is.... limited. They're all repeating the same 4th grade sentence over and over.

your gettin lots of hate for this video but i agree most of it. I love Suicide Silence but with each album the music itself gets better but mitch's voice and lyrics get worse. and they are going quite a bit overboard with the drop F tuning.

I thought the same thing about the lyrics. The lyrics are the weakest link. Mitch is such a good vocalist though so I just ignore what he's saying and enjoy how hes saying it. You need to take a nap bro. Tired review is tired. Good review anyway.

I know i should probably give this band more of a chance, but really the vocals just really kill it for me. also the band itself is another thing that turns me off, those guys just really dont seem that metal to me.
