i dont know what planet u live on mate .... but im prettty sure most cars look like a limo compared to0 a mini. aww , short sprint light car.. excuses,,,,, other rice cars can beat that so whats the big deal (no traction control or anti skid) all the power aint even being used to its full extent.

the big deal is its a mini and in the UK there something special. gr8 cars,cheap fun and easy to live with. so thats y there a big deal. i have had 16! minis so thats y they are THE greatest thing to come out of england. oh yeah if it wasnt for the mini most front wheel drive cars wouldnt b here.

well u dont know alot about minis then coz mine is 1275 but its injection too. so alot faster than a standard 1275. mine does 110mph. and who needs to go faster than that. plus my mini does 65 in second 90 in 3rd and 110 top end. mini rule!

Ofcourse the mini wins in a short sprint,the car is very light combined with a powerfull engine.

The other car he compeated against looked like a limousine compared to the mini.

it did an 11.2 but that was with the ass end sliding all over the place at 90mph! It has not yet been run with the new engine, but i will be sure to put new clips up soon as we run the engine in and get it down the strip! Oh and the times will be there too ;o)

It looks like the thing that slows u down the most is the facts that its got so much grunt that u have to change gear ultra quick,

as in ur reved out as soon as u touch the throttle- maybe put an auto box with manual clutch conversion and hurst shifter?

It ran an 11.1 with the old 6.2l and maual box, it hasn't been run with the new engine yet. The engine is still being run in, it has barely done 300 miles!!
