With respect to everyone, Atif Aslam was critised for having bad voice, and machines being used to improve it, I made research, I personally attended a live concert of Atif & youtubed his live videos of Coke Studio viz a TV Programme in Pakistan where singers sing live without any machines and other assistnces. I got that Atif Aslam can really sing well just like any other singer. And if someone can sing well, then why critisize. You can yourself search Coke Studio videos of Atif, & then decide.

But what I am trying to say is that before even the syeds, bukharis, etc. etc. the majority of those people living in the pre-partitioned India were hindus as Islam hadn't come to us. We were converted and thus became syed, maliks, naqvi. Also, Urdu is not a language on it's own - it takes heavily from Sanskrit and Farsi whereas Hindi derives mostly from Sanskrit. ONLY NOW have the two languages started to part i.e. Urdu>arabic Hindi>Sanskrit
