yes most of those programs, unless you buy all them off itunes, which i'm sure they won't have all those good ones... this isn't the only way to jailbreak it either, i suggest googling any questions, helped me with both my ipod touch and iphone

I guess if you don't care and you have money to blow it would be fine to jailbreak. I say money to blow because if something did happen.. you'd be screwed out of any apple warranties. I would say that jailbreaking is somewhat like having sex without a condom- you might get burned!! not sure it's worth the risk! I personally wouldn't do it because It was given to me as a gift and I would hate having to explain it if something did happen.

well, i have an itouch 1st gen, and well if i were you i woul.dn't do it. i mean all you really need an ipod for is music, movies, net, and mybe games- why would you want to jailbreak it and probably screw it up? i already had problems with mine and at least its problem was genuinly apples fault and they fixed it, but if you jailbreak it who knows what your really in for. i just wouldn't risk it and i really wouldn't want anything to go wrong with it...

The hard drive they have in the Ipod video is to small. 120 GB hard drive hack would be nice all it would take is finding the right hard drives that apple is using format them to Ipod standards in a simular fasion like one would format a larger store bought hard drive for a xbox 360.

its really easy the only cons are it is slower... and pros are free 3rd party app and more customization oh and if you want it unjailbrocken its easy just plug it in go to itunes and click restore!

hey, when ever I jailbreak mine it changes my capacity to 300MB. When I restore it goes back normal just fine. But anyway to fix this? Oh and when u jailbreak it will it get rid of anysongs/videos/pics u already have on? Ive only jailbroken mine while its empty.

there is a fix now in installer to fix the 300mb problem might have to add some sources to your installer but i see it on mine, i just never had the problem
