@themartells D. Hasteric was the Speaker when bush along with cheney's tie breaker vote passed tax cuts for the rich during war. They did it by reconciliation to avoid debate with only two Democrats voting in favor. Tax cuts for the rich, unfunded illegal war, deregulating Wall St, and the inept incompetence of the bush administration nearly led America to an economic collapse. If action had not been taken by the president and the Fed a severe depression would have followed.
