My mom use to whatch him play at the pro patrica legion in Victoria,b.c. she sad he was aways so entertaining to watch an would draw crowds of people just to see him play.Man i am so lucky to be sitting here right now look to my left and see the 100 year old 6 x12 brunswick oxford i managed to buy.

Cliff played at the goose pool hall on yates & quadra street in Victoria,b.c. then moved to toronto and won the Canadian open.In his younger years Merv the new owner of the goose pool hall told me Cliff in his younger years in Victoria he loved the game so much he would sleep outside the pool hall in a sleeping bag until it opened the next morning just so he could play
