Wow, one would think with a $40,000 prize they might hire a competent programmer for important details such as securing the judging interface! What do they have high school kids writing code for them? Field validation is as basic as it gets, it makes me wonder how many other holes there are hanging out there. Secondly, we assume there is a legitimate panel of judges really taking there time and evaluating everyone's hard work. Such a joke when light is shined in places where we don't expect.

today (march 10th) is the day semi-finalists and alternatives are supposed to send back all the info, agreements and contracts... i have a couple of other friends that also entered in this competition.. no replies yet, lets hope that its not staged and rigged

You can tell which videos that have been voted on by Marden-Kane by clicking the links icon on the videos. I don't think anyone has been emailed, odds are that it's a default faq page that dates were changed based on the date of the contest. By having a terms for the contest it's not necessary to send anyone forms to send back. The terms of the contest goes through all the legal information to submit. Besides if people were notified they'd make less because people would cheat

The rules state that judging for the top 20 semifinalists is scheduled to go until March 12th 11:59 pm. It could be because there were so many entries that they need the whole alotted time to judge them.

They could broadcast to all who subscribed, however you will notice there were fresh ads posted, only moments ago. Considering this page has been viewed 55,000 times in a past few days, I don't see why they would want to. They may have asked people who have been contacted to not mention it as well, keeping the 20 a surprise for the big vote. Remember the business is advertising, they like the idea of us stopping in each day to see if there is any news. That would be my guess.
