hey baj, i share some of your ideas about religion, and i want to tell you something i hope bring you some answers.

i feel agnostic, but also i follow Budhism and Christianism, or anything who gives me answers.

But I'm a christian and I don't think that God would try to hurt you to make you stronger. I don't think God made it happen BUT I think he will help you through. Religion has always done a good job at separating people from one another; Religion only brings people from the same ideology together, but puts them against all other ideologies. You're walking the golden path man, not skeptical and not biased, but in the middle, something that I've been taught to use when I approach different subjects and situations. Did u know that there is more HISTORICAL evidence of jesus Christ and his acts than there are of george washington. Like sources Outside the bible. I'm not saying everything in the bible is literal, but there is strong scientific evidence to support his existence ad the bibles argument.

I live my life taking note of Buddhist teachings of Karma and the old teaching of Bushido. I relate and put my remaining faith in Old Norse Paganism such as in Odin and Valhalla, because I think that every man or woman who dedicated their life to being a warrior and fighting with courage will be rewarded in death.

Baj, I have been having trouble articulating my personal "religious" beliefs as am like you. You were able to pretty much let me explain to a certain someone who is important to me, how I feel, by taking a rough outline of how you explained it, because you and I share simmilar beliefs. There's two reasons why I'm not religious, the first one is a very famous quote by Rage Against the Machine. "Fear is your only god", and this is something I think it very true because a good chunk of religions are filled with people who are just scared to find out what would happen if they didn't follow it. And the second reason is because a good chunk of religions are very oppressive, they bring homosexuals down and degrade women. I'm neither but it still bothers me, idk just my thoughts.

Just because Bajheera isnt a religious person doesnt mean he isnt a good guy. I am kind of a religious person but i have my doubts sometimes and questions also. But i believe that a person shouldnt be judged by what they believe in but if they are a good person or not. Just because you arent religious doesnt mean your automaticaly a bad person or that u cant get along with them. Baj, i wanna throw you alittle food for thought to ponder on, The complexity of human genetics had to have been created by some form of intelligent creation. I live my life taking note of Buddhist teachings of Karma and the old teaching of Bushido. I relate and put my remaining faith in Old Norse Paganism such as in Odin and Valhalla, because I think that every man or woman who dedicated their life to being a warrior and fighting with courage will be rewarded in death.

There's two reasons why I'm not religious, the first one is a very famous quote by Rage Against the Machine. "Fear is your only god", and this is something I think it very true because a good chunk of religions are filled with people who are just scared to find out what would happen if they didn't follow it. And the second reason is because a good chunk of religions are very oppressive, they bring homosexuals down and degrade women. I'm neither but it still bothers me, idk just my thoughts.
