The gnexus & the gs2 r as close as ur gonna get to a desktop/laptop experience on a smartphone. The iphone rids itself of the extra clutter that comes with having an open browser experience but the better more versatile experience goes to the gnex. I'll post a vid 2show what I mean later.

I'm wondering if you have a defective display on the Galaxy Nexus. It looks as if there is red cellophane over it? Really off color. The accuracy of the iPhone display doesn't surprise me, it has to be super accurate because IT IS SO SMALL! If not for very accurate digitizer and great text correction, the 3.5" iPhone display would be a nightmare on which to type.

The comparison lets you know that there are a lot of people that prefer the samsung nexus and others prefer the iphone. I owend and iphone from the very first gen. Iphone upto iphone 4 then i realized i wasn't getting what i was paying for. To me browsing, the youtubing experience and everything in general is waaaaay better than the iphone, and it has sooo much more to offer. And after we get FLASH at the end of this month (Dec) on the Nexus, we can concider this our real pocket pc, literaly:)

What is this? You didn't even compare browsing speed. And what makes the Galaxy Nexus so smooth is the hardware acceleration you idiot, not the lack of flash. In fact, on the GS2, you can play 720p video in the browser without any lag.
@TejaswinG its already been discussed...there's no problem with double tap being paid attention to, the problem is with all of the things ignored (how Android resizes text with the double tap to zoom), as well as the two of the most important aspects of web browsing, which are the browser's speed to render webpages (not a single page is loaded? seriously?) as well as no mention at all of how much the Nexus' screen can fit with its equal pixel density but increased screen size.
You seem to have forgotten to mention the FREAKING TINY screen the iPhone has. It makes a huge difference in web browsing, especially with nearly identical pixel density.

There are over 200 million andriod activations more that is more than apple has sold combining both the iphones and ipads ever sold. That is andriod has had 100 million activations within the past half year!!! Going up at a rate of 500 thousand activations a day!! O and andriod phones aren't near as expensive as iphones thats why the iphones have better sales rates which doesn't show crap!!!

@TejaswinG its already been discussed...there's no problem with double tap being paid attention to, the problem is with all of the things ignored (how Android resizes text with the double tap to zoom), as well as the two of the most important aspects of web browsing, which are the browser's speed to render webpages (not a single page is loaded? seriously?) as well as no mention at all of how much the Nexus' screen can fit with its equal pixel density but increased screen size.
