De toute manière si ça bouge comme ça c qu'il n'y a pas grand monde dedans a part le conducteur qui a l'habitude mais qui en a mare de se faire balloter....Mais en tout cas dans des conditions comme ça il vaut mieux rester au sommet attendre l'accalmie!!!

INCROYABLEMENT FLIPPANT!!! Franchement : LES PAUVRES!! à l'intérieur ça a du être un vrai massacre! tout près de la gare d'arrivée, ... avec 1500 mètres de dénivelé derrière soi, et aucun pylone jusqu'au plan de l'aiguille!

C'est vrai que c'est rare que le télécabine fonctionne dans ces conditions. En revanche un vent aussi puissant à 3800m.alt n'est pas rare du tout.. tout comme la neige qui tombe en aout.

Why do they not move. If they can't go upwards why did they not just return downwards of staying in place and making people have heartattack

they cant go backwards. They only run one way, and have several safety features to insure the lift DOES NOT go backwards.

@EloiseDecember cos the 2 cars are linked like weight and counterweight they cant be moved independently. one goes down, other goes up. the other car at the lower station was probably in the same situation full with passengers few meters from dock... they may evacuate the lower car, to bring this one down though. that one is easier to access, but still not easy. bad call.

C'est deja impressionant sans le vent! J'ai déjà bien été secoué au Grds Montets, mais là il aurait fallu nettoyer la benne à l'arrivée lol

La Saulire est plus à l'abri du vent mais l'année passée une benne a défoncé la gare d'arrivée comme c'est déjà arrivé à Chamonix et la Plagne etc! Si vous avez d'autres images...

Yes there was a lot of people but i don't know how. It can hold 70 passengers

D'habitude quand il y a des vents comme ça dans les montagnes, les bennes sont rentrées et les touristes restent dans les gares. Mais là... :D
