I read on the forums (the forum natives seem very unhappy about it) that the Funhouse is indeed being re released but the new edition will be region B locked, not region free like the current hard to find, and when you do expensive version, not that I care cos Im in the UK but annoying for folks elsewhere who love the arrow releases and have yet to buy it...
