  • nope. wrong.

  • were can i find this equipment and awesome vid!

  • @dieforyuh U can prolly get a used Roland Fantom online. Check E-Bay. Guitar Center sometimes has older synths too.

  • saloon? xD its the end of line club

  • why make it so complicated and use numbers? u got try work em out as notes anyway

  • The camera work could be better - my bad. So, they're all black keys. 1 = Eflat. 3 = Gflat. 5 = Bflat. 7 = Dflat. 8=Eflat. (2, 4, and 6 are not used in the riff.) It goes 131 (the first part, then a brief pause) 85375 (five notes where it goes down - I'm using the five at the end for the Bflat, one octave down from the first one) 7835 (four notes where it goes up)

  • so what does 2,4,5,6,7 and 8 equal i understood the 131 bit but i cant see what notes youre playing and i cant follow along with the numbers because i dont know what notes they represent

  • dude i couldnt see what keys you were pressing :(

  • an old (circa 2002) Roland Fantom synth

  • what kind of keyboard are you using?

  • lol yeehaw mayhem breakin out in the bar

  • wow ! simply put . thanks for taking the time to put this together.

  • nice video and omg keep pressn 2! lol its funny

  • Not a dumb question at all -- the numbers are shorthand way of writing out the notes, faster than writing down, E-flat, G-flat, etc. So for example, 1 is the first note in the scale, and 8 is the last note, just like in any regular scale. Here, the loop is in the key of E-Flat minor, so 1 is E-flat, 2 would be F, 3 is G-flat, 4 = A-flat, 5 = B-flat, 6 = B, 7 = D-flat, and 8 = E-flat.

  • hey, sorry if i sound stupid, but what are the numbers for? what do they mean?

  • as the first to comment, i'd like to thank you! i was trying to figure this out and am not sure if I could have done it by ear since it's so fast. So thanks again!

  • @Mashugat UR welcome, buddy! I'm planning on making a vid. on the TRON Legacy overture in a few cycles.
