I'm tired of hearing ppl complainning over and over again about Adam not winning the American Idol. Both were really great. Adam's voice is very unusual and I think sometimes he over do it a little. Adam's performance is very theatrical and unique. Adam has a great personality, which also helped his popularity. Kris is a talented musician. His personality doesn't show as much as Adam's. I love seeing him play his guitar and piano.

I can say Adam is better in terms of energy & passion that he puts on anything that he sings and he takes risks in terms of reaching any range. while Kris always put himself in the safe zone...judging from this live performance i can say Kris was near-perfect on the range, while I connected better with Adam maybe because i felt he sang it with intense emotions.
I don't wanna put Kris down...but...Adam is so much better. He's stuck with Idol for the next three years anyway so after the next 3 years...we probably won't hear anything from him!

I'm tired of hearing ppl complainning over and over again about Adam not winning the American Idol. Both were really great. Adam's voice is very unusual and I think sometimes he over do it a little. Adam's performance is very theatrical and unique. Adam has a great personality, which also helped his popularity. Kris is a talented musician. His personality doesn't show as much as Adam's. I love seeing him play his guitar and piano.

I can say Adam is better in terms of energy & passion that he puts on anything that he sings and he takes risks in terms of reaching any range. while Kris always put himself in the safe zone...judging from this live performance i can say Kris was near-perfect on the range, while I connected better with Adam maybe because i felt he sang it with intense emotions.

I know I'm disappointed Kris won but I'm not giving excuses why Adam lost. I'm just pointing out basic facts, such as,
1. Adam's voice is probably twice as strong as Kris's.
2. Adam's stage presence puts Kris to shame.
3. Adam can make a song into just about anything, and it still be amazing.
Kris did win, yet the reasons for that is not because he's a better singer it's because all the girls went out to vote for him because he's hot... How about you accept those facts now?

I think Adam did a superior vocal on this song. However, they are both very talented. I must admit though, Adam's image appeals to me more than Kris's simply because it is so different. The pop/rock world needs an injection of something new and exciting like Adam. I expect Adam to become the most successful AI runner up ever.

Don't get me wrong ... Adam can sing too . Only thing that he went wrong was the range part like you said . You notice at the finale he didn't use the range part at all ( screaming ) ??? He probably realized it's unnecessary . Being a good artist you need to know how to use your range notes and etc ...

everyone I've talked to about his singing 'ability' say how shocked they are that someone you could hear at karaoke who has an inability to hit his notes & has to resort to vocal tricks to reach the mid-level notes even, won American Idol, when a guy that goes from singing the low & quiet MAD WORLD or TRACKS OF MY TEARS to singing KISS & QUEEN with ease LOST? Kris is "kinda hot", and deserved this. Based on what? He cannot hit his notes, has to pull the mic away, shouts "yeah" in this song, listen to hit, because he cannot hit the note. He wobbles on his notes because he doesn't have good talent for higher notes, at ALL. He sounds 'good' on medium range songs like Aint No Sunshine, other than that, blah... like watching a band at the county fair that hasn't practiced enough.

Adam didn't deserve to win! that's why he's currently beating the shit out of Kriss in the itunes charts WITH THE SAME SONG ("No Boundaries"), let's face it, the only reason Kriss won was because all the fans of Danny vote for him (as you probably could confirm), and that people voted him because he's not Adam not because of Kriss being a singing sensation... but a the same time i dont care Kriss needs it more than Adam, Adam is already an artist! Kris Allen amazed me. I admit I was rooting for Adam but Kris amazed me towards the end of the competition and it really was not much of a suprise for it to go either way. Adam will a get a record deal no matter what. Don't worry and most of all don't hate because I'm sure you couldn't do what either of them is doing.

I'm sorry, it's nothing against Kris personally, he's ok, but thats about it. OK. A bit boring, very middle white, conservative America - but a weakling as far as personality and singing talent goes and I can't for the life of me believe he won over Adam! Adams vocals are far better. He has many varieties. Check in the I will remember you ford video. and watch him sing. He did far better than kris. and his "screams" were amazing. Kris couldnt even hit a note close to that. They were perfect everytime. Kris was a good singer dont get me wrong, but Adam is far better. Ive said this on other sites, adam was by far the better singer and performer. im from england so couldnt vote but was disgusted to find out that some people had voted for kris because he was christian and some hadnt voted for adam because he was gay. this annoys me more than adam not winning. we all know that adam will have a fantastic career . anyone who saw him sing' tracks of my tears' and then sing in the finale with kiss, and doesnt think he should win, needs their head or ears testing.
