that would be from Rosario+Vampire Capu 2 (MEANING SEASON 2) it's an all right show personally I prefer reading the manga though in fact I just read a new chapter a few days ago one of those shonens that really suck you in!!! if your looking for the actually scene it was at the end of the last episode during credits I beleive...can't remember for sure it's been a while.

This is the best music video I have ever seen on this site, honestly this rivals most of Much Musics videos. Amazing. I know that you put alot of work into this because unlike other videos, they have an animation, like a mask, that lasts ~5-6 seconds but yours lasted only ~1 second, then it switched to another one.
