Most of these particular aliens, however, are descended from one green sim I made using a cheat code in Create A Sim. There are 4 sims that are actual alien abduction babies, the rest are either descended from those 4 or from that one CAS sim.

Or you can use boolprop testingcheatsenabled true, and press shift+N in create a family and you get NPC clothes and alien, zombie, and mannequin skintones.

no. You get the adult abducted by aliens, make them pregnant, and htey have green babies. and those grow up green, of course.

Just to answer, there's a cheat where you can make them age really quickly, make sims alien pregnant, and speed up their pregnancy. Yeah :)
