Looks like a tater tot quiche. I bet you could use frozen hash brown potatoes instead of the tater tots and with cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, paprika, garlic/onion powders, and it would be amazing. Thanks for an inspiring cooking lesson!

I've haven't seen this kind of tator tot casserole. It looks so good. I hope it is as good as you say it is... I'm thinking of cooking it for my family. My husband is like a big kid, very picky at times, but I think he will like it. He does like tots and cheese.
