For the record, every sprinter in this race was 'juiced' except for the guy that finished last. Poor Ben....just wanted to shut Carl Lewis up once and for all and he got hung out to dry and everyone else walked away 'clean'. Ben Johnson was so obsessed after losing in Zurich that he couldnt help himself and used anabolics massively (look his eyes and muscle mass compared to Zurich's sprint), Carl Lewis knew the moment Johnson passed the line so far head of him that something was really wrong and we all know the rest is history.. All we know is that they passed and ben didnt. therefore ben deserves what he got. there is no definitive proof than linford christi, lewis, or anyone in this race cheated, just speculation

Why does everyone always defend ben johnson? he was a fraud, he i a loser for the sport, and he cheated. he got caught, yes maybe others cheated too, but they didnt get caught. Also, to assume that they all used steroids is rediculous, probaly 2 others used in that race at most.

This was the race when everyone started getting scared and times went up. Look how many track stars retired soon after this because they were afraid of getting caught and having medals taken away or imageds tarnished. Most people never knew Ben was autistic and really let the sport/doctors use him and push him around. They were all dirty so it was as fair as anything!
Everyone called H. Cansaco a liar.....he told the truth and nobody believed him.
