I like this one a lot, because I have a very small room in a student home and I have been looking for new exercises that work on a small space

tabata increases fat burning capacity and you get leaner, NOT for building mass....what your goal is should determine whether tabata is right for ya

HIIT training is for overall strength and stamina. NOt for hard gainers, per se, but is definitely a good thing to add to any program - to show off those hard earned gains. So they are not hidden by the layers of fat.

I don't think the Tabata protocol is fit for hardgainers like me... Or is it...?

i'm new to HIIT, if i run 20secs on and 10 off for a total of 20mins a day, over a time period of 12 weeks, do you think i can lose some weight?
Dingusmaster792 3 years ago
You're doing it wrong if you can do it for 20 minutes.
