Vampericlegends: this show wasn't writen to be based on the original comics... It was another version of the x-men...Like another x-men universe...

It was weird and different but i think it was kinda entertaining and interesting!! I still prefer the old x-men animated series but i enjoyed this one too...

As far as I'm aware (and i'm not 100% sure, look it up on wikipedia or the marvel site) Gambit can convert the potential energy in an object to kinetic energy, making it go BOOM. :)

he releases the kinetic energy in objects to make them explode. he primarily uses cards cause 'it's like having 52 bombs in ome neat little pack', but he can also use beads, chains, he even charged up a tree in 'Nightcrawler'.
