Thats on I-71 S before the split with I-70. Its not a bad view from there, but I think the best views of the skyline are probably from: 1. The area around 17th ave/fairgrounds/crew stadium
2. I-670 from the west, looking east
3. I-71 N coming from the south (grove city area)..Columbus skyline looks huge and dense from that perspective
