I emailed bloombergs office a few weeks ago and received a bullshit reply today. They say "Given the significant interest and response to this issue, we will be redrafting the proposed regulations, taking into account input and feedback the Mayor's Office of Film, Theatre, and Broadcasting has received from interested parties." I don't even live in NY and this makes me angry. Land of the free - just as long as your a corporation or government official.
