OF course the dog was tied for a reason - couldn't you SEE - the dog NEEDED the rope to HOLD HIM UP!! THAT is why he kept coming to the end of the rope to dance, any time he got back where there was too much play in the rope, he fell down, the rope supported him, With tiny short legs like that it is VERY HARD for the dog to stay up long. But when he was at the end of the rope, he danced PERFECT!!! AWESOME !!! THANK YOU for sharing this, he is PRECIOUS!! People try to make TROUBLE over NOTHING
