Now here is how you do it properly : In a pan add ghee, 3 cloves of garlic, 2 chopped scotch bonnet chillis, 1 tbsp of cayenne pepper. Fry that for 1 min. Open can of beans as directed, put in pan, bring to boil and simmer for 3 mins. Cook toast as directed..empty pan on toast. Pick out fragments of tin (by-product of opening with geordie hammer). Job done.
